Section 1 of the Assisted Living Regulation, B.C. Reg. 189/2019, is amended by repealing the definition of "dietitian" and substituting the following: "dietitian" means a person who is authorized under the Health Professions and Occupations Act to practise the designated health profession of dietetics; . Section 44 (3) is repealed and the following substituted: (3) The following are health professionals for the purposes of subsection (2) (a): (a) a person who is authorized under the Health Professions and Occupations Act to practise the designated health profession of medicine, nursing, psychiatric nursing, occupational therapy or psychology; (b) a registrant within the meaning of the Social Workers Act .
