Long-term care site operational leaders: Oxygen cylinders – ACTION REQUIRED: In preparation for summer heat, Fraser Health and VitalAire are requesting your assistance with the retrieval of all full, partial, or empty portable oxygen cylinders with the exception of 1-2 tanks that can be kept on hand for emergencies. Assisted Living: Community Action and Resources Empowering Seniors (CARES) Social Prescribing - ACTION REQUIRED: Social Prescribing is a free service that connects seniors to local non-clinical community resources such as recreational programs, transportation, emotional support, and social activities. Suspect case, staff case, enhanced monitoring/outbreak checklists: PCR tests are no longer the preferred method of COVID-19 testing.
