Section 1 of the Residential Care Regulation, B.C. Reg. 96/2009, is amended (a) in the definitions of "authorized health professional" and "dietitian" by striking out " Health Professions Act " and substituting " Health Professions and Occupations Act ", and (b) by repealing the definition of "nurse practitioner" . Section 54 (4) is repealed and the following substituted: (4) For the purposes of subsection (3), "dental health care professional" means a person who is authorized under the Health Professions and Occupations Act to practise the designated health profession of dentistry, dental hygiene or denturism.
