Changes to Advance Care Planning & Medical Order for Scope of Treatment Policy & Forms – LTC & AL: Advance Care Planning (ACP) documents are centrally located in an electronic single source of truth in Fraser Health. Fall 2023 Dialogue on Aging Series- Oct 18th: Session 1 is on October 18th and includes measured, monitored, optimized: digital technologies and quantified aging with Dr. Barbara Marshall from 2:00 to 3:30 pm, in person at BMO Great Hall, VanDusen Botanical Garden.
