Changes to COVID-19 visitor guidance: The MoH Guidance Overview of Visitors in Long-Term Care and Seniors’ Assisted Living will be updated to reflect the following Provincial Health Officer (PHO) approved direction; to eliminate the restrictions on visitors attending gatherings of any size at LTC and AL sites. LTC Affiliate Sites Nursing Staff Survey: Long-term Care Contract Services is up-dating their files and wanted to confirm your site’s status regarding nursing staff and whether they are unionized or not;. The Acute to Long-term Care Transfer Checklist: The attached checklist will be launched for all transfers into funded Fraser Health beds from the South Acute Care Sites (Surrey Memorial Hospital, Langley Memorial Hospital, Delta Hospital and Peace Arch Hospital) matched on or after November 16th.
