Updates in Care Home and Public Health follow up for Initial resident cases: Care homes will transition to self management when there is an “initial” resident case by implementing the Enhanced Monitoring-Outbreak Checklist. Enhanced monitoring/Outbreak Checklist: The Staff Case(s) Checklist and Enhanced monitoring/outbreak checklist: Updated to reflect visitors must follow appropriate Infection Control measures (e.g. droplet precautions).
